Ecolo Ixelles Local Section – Facilitating a workshop to improve the internal dialogue

This one-off support was aimed at :

  • Identify possible dysfunctions of communication between the different local authorities of the party ;
  • Imagine a medium-term vision that allows fluid and efficient internal functioning ;
  • Propose a plan to improve the internal dialogue that can be achieved in the short term.
