The final evaluation of the Support Program for Sustainable Forest Resource Management (AGREF) is part of a broader effort to ensure accountability, strategic learning, and future guidance for the actions of Luxembourg Cooperation in Burkina Faso.

The evaluation pursues the following objectives:

• Provide both a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the results achieved by the program following its implementation.

• Carry out a comprehensive final evaluation in accordance with OECD/DAC criteria, resulting in the preparation of a formal evaluation report.

• Identify/document the recommendations and lessons learned from the program, in order to promote its replication and/or adaptation to other similar contexts.

• Produce the documentation required for the closure of the program, in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance of Burkina Faso for category 1 projects.

• Generate valuable evidence to support the institutional communication of the MEEA and to highlight the program’s results.
