Evaluation of the THAMM-Enabel project “For a holistic approach to the governance of labour migration and labour mobility in North Africa

The THAMM project aims to promote legal migration between Belgium, Tunisia and Morocco by meeting the needs of professions in shortage, while being part of the political contexts and dynamics of the labour markets of the three countries. Its ambition is to contribute to the development of individuals, territories and societies. Its objectives include strengthening sectors under pressure on the labour markets, improving the skills and employability of Tunisian and Moroccan talent to promote their professional integration at the national and international levels, promoting effective coordination between actors, as well as developing the capacities of institutions and actors involved to support mobility programmes. The final evaluation of the project aims to assess the performance of its implementation and to highlight the success factors and challenges associated with the Global Skills Partners approach.
