The service aims to support the Fonenana Mendrika Association (AFM) in its transitional period between phases 2 and 3 of the “Dignified Housing for All” (LD2T) project that it has been implementing since July 2021, in partnership with several Malagasy and international organizations. Co-financed by the Abbé Pierre Foundation (FAP) and the French Development Agency (AFD).
