This mission aims to improve the evaluation policy currently in place within Africalia, the management of its internal processes as well as its tools, with regard to its new practices and changes in the context (internal changes within the team, new processes and monitoring tools in place, new ways of reporting according to the DGD, ECB certification, etc.).
The three objectives of this training are :
- To improve the integration of the evaluation function within Africalia ;
- To enrich evaluation processes through ad hoc tools to ensure quality ;
- To update the organizational repositories (RBM, M&E, functional organization chart).
