The training aims to strengthen the skills in project identification, management, monitoring and evaluation of people responsible for implementing development cooperation projects/development awareness and education.
It is based on an alternation of sharing of content and individual and/or collective work on a practical case. At the end of the training, participants are able to understand what RBM implies for their NGO’s projects/programs and to apply it.
