This program aims to strengthen cultural actors and to promote access for all to culture, considered as a source of development and fulfillment persons and societies.

This mission has 3 specific objectives :

• Accompany Africalia in updating its institutional ToC, as well as its positioning by country, based on the specificities of each context and its local partners ;
• Train Africalia’s local partners in change-oriented approaches and support them in defining their position regarding the cultural sector and their contribution to the development of their country ;
• Accompany Africalia and its partners for the definition of a ToC in each of the 7 countries of intervention, bring them in line with Africalia’s institutional ToC and adapt it to the current action of the partners.
