Avocats sans frontières – Development of the collaborative expertise and learning strategy through the development of communities of practice and digital platforms

As part of a continuous organizational development effort, this coaching mission aims to define the following three interrelated elements :

  • A global vision on learning ;
  • The terms of a coherent strategy for collaborative expertise ;
  • A relative action plan.

Cota supports ASF for the definition phase of these three products, but also for the implementation phase, with a support and advisory role.
