On July 5 and 6, Cota provided a two-day training session on evaluation to Acodev members. This training was structured around three axes:

• Preparation of terms of reference;
• Monitoring the conduct of an evaluation;
• Using the results.

These two days resulted in the production of a “Small practical guide to external evaluation”, which lists all the points of attention and questions that frame a “good evaluation process”. Consult it here!
