General objective: Strengthen skills in project identification, management, monitoring and evaluation
Specific Objective: Understand the fundamental concepts of GCP and master the methodological tools in a RBM approach.
Expected results: Participants are able to understand what RBM implies for their NGO’s projects/programs and to apply it.
Participants are able to plan a development project according to GCP.
Participants are able to use GCP in a critical and adapted manner and to master the basic tools of project management.
