Entraide et Fraternité – Support for consolidation of project management practices

This support aims to :

  • Establish a diagnosis of the practices of the International Partnerships Department in project management ;
  • Identify specific needs and train the team in response to these needs ;
  • Review the available tools to adapt it to the project management ambitions and objectives of the team.
