This mission presents four main goals :

• Methodologically support the conduct of a diagnosis of training needs at the location of civil status stakeholders in Cameroon ;
• Methodologically support the definition of a stakeholder training strategy ;
• Accompany the creation and / or updating of training modules ;
• Support the formation and training of a group of national trainers.
