Tool and support process to initiate or develop a partnership relationship

COTA has published an updated version of his booklet to accompany and assess the evolution of a relationship between partner organizations. This document consists of a section centered on support process to partnership relationship (spirit of the approach and guidelines) and a simple, flexible and adaptable section designed to support organizations in their apprehension of a partnership relationship. This work is the result of different dynamics support undertaken by COTA between 2014 and 2016 and workshops throughout 2015 on the theme of partnership.
