Expertise France – Final evaluation of the EU-Morocco Mobility Partnership Support Project « Sharaka »

The project has four components, namely :

  • Migration and development ;
  • Skills mobilization of Moroccan residents abroad (MRE);
  • Professional integration (integration of regularized immigrants in Morocco and international placement of Moroccan immigrants) ;
  • Reintegration of MREs returned to Morocco.

The evaluation aims to evaluate the achievements of the project and to verify the appropriation by the Moroccan institutions of the various tools proposed. The contribution of the strategy implemented to the achievement of these results will be analyzed as well.
